In February 2013 I was fortunate to visit the Lake District for a few days, in the company of the renowned black and white photographer, Paul Gallagher. From dramatic snow capped mountains to beautiful lakes and majestic waterfalls there is so much to see and photograph that it’s hard to do it justice in such a short space of time. I spent three days in the field taking images and a fourth day in Paul’s studio learning some new post processing and printing techniques. I hope to return to this wonderful part of the country in the not too distant future.
